terms of service

commissioning me means you agree to the following:

general

  • I have the right to decline any commission

  • I maintain all rights to my work— used & displayed on social media, commission examples, etc.
    ⤷ unless discussed beforehand

  • you must credit me as the artist (@kyunree) whenever the commission is used and/or showcased— do not claim artwork as your own

payment / refunds

  • payment thru VGen (Stripe)

  • full payment required after sketch approval

  • NO REFUNDS after full payments
    ⤷ please contact me, before sketch approval to cancel your commission

process

  • commission requests are done thru VGen and continued thru a preferred contact info

  • turnaround time heavily depends on my schedule & complexity of comm.
    ⤷ standard TAT: 1-2 weeks

  • requesting any minor changes through any point in the process is allowed

  • any MAJOR change requests after completion will be charged a fee depending on the request
